How do I access my email via web browser?

The Spectrum Business webmail interface can be accessed via BizControl or by going directly to https://bizmail.brightbiz.com/

I. Access the Spectrum Business Webmail (App Suite) directly:

1. Login with your email address and password at https://bizmail.brightbiz.com/

Note: If you do not remember your email password, you can reset it via BizControl.

II. Access the Spectrum Business Webmail (App Suite) via BizControl:

1. Log into BizControl with your username and password (click here for instructions).

2. Click on Email under the My Services section.

3. On the next page, click on the Mailboxes link.

4. Locate the mailbox you wish to access and click on the corresponding Inbox link.
